Painful Remedy

Dealing with Sadness.


Advice from my friends.

"Sadness is to Sadness, when you're in pain, think of sad thoughts" -- H.D. 


 "Lahat ng nagpapaalala sakanya, gawin mo, masakit talaga pero effective yan" G.D.


Torture? YES! Effective? YES.


Hindi naman kaylangan lahat ng advice nakakagaan agad sa pakiramdam, yung iba doon, dapat munang isipin, at ikaw na mismo ang makaka-isip kung anong dapat gawin.
